Dealer Information: Edit Main Dealer Contacts
Additional contacts may be added individually or imported to the Main Dealer account. The User Type determines the level of access to accounts and features within FMAudit Central.
Add/Edit Main Dealer Contacts
Clicking on the Contacts link under the Dealer Information drop-down located on the Main Admin Page will display the Add/Edit Main Dealer Contacts page with a listing of existing contacts.
To add additional contacts, fill out the minimum
Clicking on "Add/Update Contact" will save and overwrite any previous information.
The Administrator contact type provides access to the Main Admin Page and authorization to configure and manage any features within FMAudit Central. Multiple administrators may be assigned within Central, however we recommend limiting the number to increase security.
The Dealer User contact type by default limits access to their assigned accounts. The global Account Visibility option may be changed to allow dealer users to view all accounts.
The Customer User contact type limits access to their account. This is typically reserved for contacts within your customer accounts, however it may be used for dealer employees if you wish to limit the contacts access to the Main Dealer account.
The Restricted User contact type limits access to their account. This is typically reserved for contacts within your customer accounts, however it may be used for dealer employees if you wish to further limit the contacts access to the Main Dealer account and not allow them any editing features.
Primary Dealer Contacts
You may specify primary dealer contacts for Admin, Support, Service, Supplies, and Billing. Primary contacts are referenced in other modules, i.e. the Billing Contact is provided in emails that are scheduled to be sent to customers prompting them to validate their meters prior to posting to an invoice.
